Who needs the internet when the weather is beautiful?!

I've been noticeably missing online lately, I know. I can't help myself! The weather is so beautiful, I never want to sit inside!

Easter was fabulous! It was beyond cool to see Ben scout out some eggs at an Easter Egg hunt and get excited about his Easter basket. It amazes me every day how quickly he grows and changes. This is, by far, my favorite age.

  3. Hi Chelsea! The weather is gorgeous here as well! I was wondering if you have heard anything about the Flip diaper? I am waiting until Earth day to order b/c I have heard there will be tons of sales and free shipping. But I am making my wish list in the mean time!

  4. Hi Erin! I've heard great things about it! If I hadn't already invested so much money into our gdiaper system, I would absolutely start up a Flip system, too. I've thought about purchasing a couple, but we have all the diapers we could need right now. I love going to Diaper Swappers and searching the forums to find out what the general consensus is on dipes. If you search "Flip", you'll find lots of happy mamas!

  5. I did find a ton of good reviews but a few bads ones that stayed with me - specifically it sounds like they are literally just a cover / prefold type system. I assumed it was more similar to the apple cheeks when used as a cover - but a few posts mentioned babes with sensitive skin reacting to having the PUL layer right against the skin, which wasn't what I was exoecting, so for now I think I am going to load up on Apple Cheeks (they are so darn cute!)

    But thanks!

  6. Yeah, I did hear that the insert can slide around inside the cover, too, which was a deterrent for me. I love, love, love my AppleCheeks, though! My only complaint is that the elastic is completely shot in one of them, but it's also a used one I got from DS, so there's no telling what it'd been through already. The ones I bought new are holding up like champs! :)

Anyway, good call! Enjoy your ACs!
