I got this beauty (heh...heh) to serve as my craft desk.
Okay, to be fair, she could be a beauty if she was in an appropriate place. Like a kid's playroom. Or a classroom. Or something.
For me, I need something softer and more peaceful because I want my sewing/crafting room to be calming. I don't want to feel all, "AHHHHHH!" when I'm in there. And right now, with the bold, bright colors, I can't help but feel all "AHHHHH!"
Plus I like refinishing furniture so maybe I'm exaggerating how much I don't like this crazy colored desk just a little bit. Maybe deep down inside, I like it a little bit.
But just run with me on this one. Because by the end of the day, she will be prettier and she will fit in better in my craft room. Haha...by the end of the day. Oh, I'm funny.
Okay, let's get real, it'll be done sometime next week...next month...next year?
A little birdie told me we need to schedule a sewing date in the very near future. I could use a lesson or two.
